    I just purchased the premium theme with the installer assistance. A few issues:

    1. There are no instructions for how to use the installation and set-up assistance.

    2. When I follow the theme documentation step-by-step (videos are very helpful), I run into an issue with the Importing Demo Content step. I continue to receive this error message:
    “An error occurred while fetching file from: https://app.box.com/shared/static/d9zruu11rso2eb0790ia32fzxa1f0r1b.xml!
    Reason: 404 – Not Found.”

    To troubleshoot, I went into the zipped file for my computer to search for this file and folder as seen in some of the other forum screenshots. However, my zip file does not have a Demo Content folder. It also seems to be missing the full range of optional fonts and other items included with the premium purchase. It seems as though I only have the zip file for the basic/free theme.

    Can someone please help me? I’m trying to get this up and running as soon as I can.

    Update: It actually looks like I was never provided the premium file. The only zip file I ever received was the basic daytrip.zip — I never received the Daytrip Premium.zip. Can someone please advise me as to how to receive the upgrade file I purchased?
