Article tags on each line in mobile or responsive view

Hello,
when reading articles on mobile or when resizing the window width to reflect the size of such devices, article tags are shown each one in a new line instead of subsequently one after the other after a comma. Please check the attached screenshot.

This is not the ideal condition for mobile users, since the page height may drastically increase and create useless padding. Can you please update your CSS or provide the code required to show tags in the appropriate manner?
